I am new to the real estate industry. What’s the best way to learn?

As a HomeVestors® franchisee you will have access to comprehensive real estate investment training on how to buy, rehab and sell properties. While many new HomeVestors® franchisees are new to real estate investing, together we have successfully purchased more than 140,000 homes since 1996.

How important is having a real estate investing mentor?

Mentors are a terrific resource for anyone starting a business, seeking to learn new skills or entering an unfamiliar industry. In fact, we put so much stock in the value mentors provide that we have a robust mentorship program. As a new HomeVestors® franchisee, you’ll be assigned a personal Development Agent. Your mentor will be an experienced HomeVestors® real estate investor who will act as your coach along the way. Get more information on our mentorship program.

How will I get access to leads on available properties?

As a HomeVestors® franchise owner, your monthly advertising spend will benefit from our data-driven marketing and lead generation program. Plus, our We Buy Ugly Houses® brand is nationally-recognized, helping to position your business as expert and dependable.

Does HomeVestors help me acquire financing for my real estate purchases?

Franchisees have access to third-party lending programs offering up to 100% of acquisition and repair costs for qualified purchases.
