Classes taught by industry experts: These are not typically a full semester and can be costly.

Real estate investment clubs: Many of these offer proprietary courses, which usually come free with membership or at minimal cost.

Classes can be very helpful, but depends on the quality or teaching style of the instructor. We recommend you only consider classes taught by a working professional, someone who still has their finger on the pulse of the industry.
